First, mix the corn flour, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken breasts in the flour mixture until fully coated.
Bake the chicken until the outside is crispy and the inside is cooked.
While the chicken bakes, make the sweet chilli sauce by mixing light soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, Sriracha, garlic, ginger, and a little honey. Stir it all together until well combined.
Once the chicken is baking, brush or toss it with the sweet chilli sauce. You can also serve the sauce on the side for dipping.
