- First, mix the cornflour, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken breasts in the flour mixture until fully coated. 
- Bake the chicken until the outside is crispy and the inside is cooked. 
- While the chicken bakes, make the sweet chilli sauce by mixing light soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, sriracha, garlic, ginger, and a little honey. Stir it all together until well combined. 
- Once the chicken is baking, brush or toss it with the sweet chilli sauce. You can also serve the sauce on the side for dipping.
