Sweet Chilli Chicken

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • Sicín Sásta chicken breasts
  • 25 g Corn flour
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • Salt
  • Pepper

For the sweet chilli sauce:

  • 35 ml Light soy sauce
  • 60 ml Sweet chili sauce
  • 35 ml Sriracha
  • 15 g Garlic 2 cloves
  • 15 g Ginger
  • 20 g Honey

Instructions

Method:

  • First, mix the corn flour, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken breasts in the flour mixture until fully coated.
  • Bake the chicken until the outside is crispy and the inside is cooked.
  • While the chicken bakes, make the sweet chilli sauce by mixing light soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, Sriracha, garlic, ginger, and a little honey. Stir it all together until well combined.
  • Once the chicken is baking, brush or toss it with the sweet chilli sauce. You can also serve the sauce on the side for dipping.
