Lemon Garlic Chicken


Ingredients
- 1 Whole Sicín Sásta Chicken
- 800 g New/Baby Potatoes
- Olive oil
- 1 Garlic bulb
- 2 Lemons
- Salt and Pepper
- ½ tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Dried oregano
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 4 Sprigs thyme
- Splash Water
- 250 ml White wine
Instructions
- Cut potatoes in half and add to a deep casserole dish
- Place chicken in baking dish
- Coat chicken and potatoes with olive oil
- Place garlic and lemon around the chicken, squeezing the lemon juice into the pot
- Rub spices into the chicken
- Add a small amount of water and white wine to the bottom of the dish
- Bake covered at 200C for 1 hour 15 minute
