Lemon Garlic Chicken


Ingredients
- 1 Whole Sicín Sásta chicken
- 800 g new/baby potatoes
- Olive oil
- 1 garlic bulb
- 2 lemons
- Salt and pepper
- ½ tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 4 sprigs thyme
- Splash of water
- 250 ml white wine
Instructions
- Cut potatoes in half and add to a deep casserole dish
- Place chicken in baking dish
- Coat chicken and potatoes with olive oil
- Place garlic and lemon around the chicken, squeezing the lemon juice into the pot
- Rub spices into the chicken
- Add a small amount of water and white wine to the bottom of the dish
- Bake covered at 200C for 1 hour 15 minutes
