Cut potatoes in half and add to a deep casserole dish

Place chicken in baking dish

Coat chicken and potatoes with olive oil

Place garlic and lemon around the chicken, squeezing the lemon juice into the pot

Rub spices into the chicken

Add a small amount of water and white wine to the bottom of the dish

Bake covered at 200C for 1 hour 15 minute
