Creamy Baked Chicken


Ingredients
- 4 Sicín Sásta chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp oregano
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 600 ml double cream
- 1 shallot, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chicken stock powder
- 120 ml water
- 60 g fresh spinach
- 200 g chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 150 g cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan).
- Score each chicken breast. In a bowl, coat the chicken with the oregano, smoked paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper.
- Add the shallot, garlic, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, stock powder, cream, and water to a baking dish. Mix to combine.
- Place the chicken breasts into the baking dish and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with creamy mashed potatoes, pasta, or rice.
