Baked Chicken


Ingredients
- 900 g Sicín Sásta fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chicken base or chicken stock paste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp dried thyme
- For garnish
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, about 5 cm chunks.
- Place the chicken pieces in a medium ovenproof dish. Pour over 1 tablespoon of the oil and the chicken base, then toss to coat.
- Add all of the spices and toss again until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Bake for 16–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C and the chicken is cooked through.
- Allow to rest for 5 minutes, then toss with the chopped parsley and serve.
