Baked Chicken

Ingredients

  • 900 g Sicín Sásta fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chicken base or chicken stock paste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp dried thyme
  • For garnish
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, about 5 cm chunks.
  • Place the chicken pieces in a medium ovenproof dish. Pour over 1 tablespoon of the oil and the chicken base, then toss to coat.
  • Add all of the spices and toss again until the chicken is evenly coated.
  • Bake for 16–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C and the chicken is cooked through.
  • Allow to rest for 5 minutes, then toss with the chopped parsley and serve.
