Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, about 5 cm chunks.
Place the chicken pieces in a medium ovenproof dish. Pour over 1 tablespoon of the oil and the chicken base, then toss to coat.
Add all of the spices and toss again until the chicken is evenly coated.
Bake for 16–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C and the chicken is cooked through.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes, then toss with the chopped parsley and serve.
