Creamy Red Pesto Chicken


Ingredients
- 240 g cooked rice
- 260 g Sicín Sásta chicken breast
- Spinach
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp oil
- Basil
- 130 ml low-fat cream
- 3 tbsp red pesto
- 50 ml water
- 80 g red pepper sliced
- Handful of cherry tomatoes halved
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Fry on both sides, then set aside.
- Add red peppers, cherry tomatoes, spinach, cream, and some water to the pan. Simmer until the sauce begins to thicken.
- Add the chicken back to the pan and continue to simmer until fully cooked through.
- Top with fresh basil and serve with rice.
