Creamy Red Pesto Chicken

Ingredients

  • 240 g cooked rice
  • 260 g Sicín Sásta chicken breast
  • Spinach
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Basil
  • 130 ml low-fat cream
  • 3 tbsp red pesto
  • 50 ml water
  • 80 g red pepper sliced
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes halved

Instructions

  • Season chicken breasts with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Fry on both sides, then set aside.
  • Add red peppers, cherry tomatoes, spinach, cream, and some water to the pan. Simmer until the sauce begins to thicken.
  • Add the chicken back to the pan and continue to simmer until fully cooked through.
  • Top with fresh basil and serve with rice.
