Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers


Ingredients
- 640 g Sicín Sásta Chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- Garlic parmesan butter:
- 75 g unsalted butter
- 20 g freshly grated parmesan
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
- ¼ tsp salt and pepper
For the Flatbread:
- Tomato
- Shredded lettuce
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the chicken thighs with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan and add the parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Grill or fry the skewers until the chicken is cooked through.
- Brush the garlic parmesan butter over the skewers and serve with flatbread, tomato, and shredded lettuce.
