Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

  • 640 g Sicín Sásta Chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • Garlic parmesan butter:
  • 75 g unsalted butter
  • 20 g freshly grated parmesan
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp salt and pepper

For the Flatbread:

  • Tomato
  • Shredded lettuce

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the chicken thighs with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
  • Thread the chicken onto skewers.
  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan and add the parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill or fry the skewers until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Brush the garlic parmesan butter over the skewers and serve with flatbread, tomato, and shredded lettuce.
