The Ultimate Chicken Focaccia Sandwhich


Ingredients
Focaccia Ingredients:
- 500 g strong white flour
- 10 g salt
- 8 g instant yeast
- 450 g lukewarm water
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
Instructions
- Add the flour, salt and yeast to a bowl
- Gradually add in the warm water, and mix well until everything is combined
- Cover and refrigerate for 12-18 hours
- Remove the risen dough from the fridge
- Oil a baking tray and transfer the dough
- Let the dough spread and prove until doubled in size
- Drizzle the dough with oil and dimple the top
- Sprinkle with salt
- Bake at 220C for 30 minutes until nice and golden
- Fill your sandwich with Sicín Sásta chicken and whatever toppings you fancy!
