Chicken Burrito Bowl


Ingredients
- 6 Sicín Sásta chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp onion salt
Marinade
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ red chili
- Coriander
To Serve
- Pack white rice
- Guacamole
- Corn tomato, and red onion salsa
- Jalapenos
- Sour cream
- Roasted red peppers
Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with paprika, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, garlic granules, and onion salt.
- Mix the marinade ingredients together: olive oil, honey, lime juice, red chili, and coriander.
- Add 2-3 tbsp of the marinade to the chicken and mix well.
- Cook the chicken in an air fryer for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
- Brush the cooked chicken with the remaining marinade.
- Serve the chicken in bowls with rice, guacamole, salsa, jalapenos, sour cream, and roasted red peppers.
