Ingredients
  

  • 6 Sicín Sásta chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1 tsp onion salt

Marinade

  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Half red chili
  • Coriander

To Serve

  • Pack white rice
  • Guacamole
  • Corn, tomato, and red onion salsa
  • Jalapenos
  • Sour cream
  • Roasted red peppers

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken thighs with paprika, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, garlic granules, and onion salt.
  • Mix the marinade ingredients together: olive oil, honey, lime juice, red chili, and coriander.
  • Add 2-3 tbsp of the marinade to the chicken and mix well.
  • Cook the chicken in an air fryer for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
  • Cook the chicken in an air fryer for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
  • Brush the cooked chicken with the remaining marinade.
  • Serve the chicken in bowls with rice, guacamole, salsa, jalapenos, sour cream, and roasted red peppers.
