Add the flour, salt and yeast to a bowl
Gradually add in the warm water, and mix well until everything is combined
Cover and refrigerate for 12-18 hours
Remove the risen dough from the fridge
Oil a baking tray and transfer the dough
Let the dough spread and prove until doubled in size
Drizzle the dough with oil and dimple the top
Sprinkle with salt
Bake at 220C for 30 minutes until nice and golden
Fill your sandwich with Sicín Sásta chicken and whatever toppings you fancy!
