Ricotta Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • 2 Sicín Sásta chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 30 g sundried tomatoes
  • 60 g ricotta cheese
  • 30 g mozzarella shredded
  • Chopped spinach
  • Chopped basil

Instructions

  • Slice 2 Sicín Sásta chicken breast fillets horizontally, about 70%, not all the way through and season with paprika and salt.
  • Mix ricotta, herbs, chopped sun-dried tomatoes and shredded cheese
  • Stuff chicken
  • Close the chicken and bake in the airfryer at 200C for 12 minutes, turning halfway through.
