Ricotta Stuffed Chicken Breast


Ingredients
- 2 Sicín Sásta chicken breasts
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 30 g sundried tomatoes
- 60 g ricotta cheese
- 30 g mozzarella shredded
- Chopped spinach
- Chopped basil
Instructions
- Slice 2 Sicín Sásta chicken breast fillets horizontally, about 70%, not all the way through and season with paprika and salt.
- Mix ricotta, herbs, chopped sun-dried tomatoes and shredded cheese
- Stuff chicken
- Close the chicken and bake in the airfryer at 200C for 12 minutes, turning halfway through.
