Chicken Fajita Pasta
Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 600 g Sicín Sásta chicken fillets;
- 30 g fajita seasoning;
- One red onion sliced;
- 200 g peppers sliced;
- 6 laughing cow wedges / 100g light cream cheese;
- 320 g protein pasta;
- Parsley.
Instructions
Method:
- Add diced chicken to a pan;
- Add 15g fajita seasoning and mix;
- Add sliced onion and bell peppers;
- Cook pasta;
- Add cream cheese/laughing cow and a little pasta water to make a creamy sauce;
- Add cooked pasta;
- Mix until combined;
- Serve and Enjoy!
