Mac'n'Cheese

- 700 g Sicín Sásta diced chicken
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 350 g low-fat Cottage cheese
- 65 g low-fat Cream cheese
- 35 g Cheddar cheese
- 80 ml Low-fat milk
- 20 ml buffalo sauce
- 320 g macaroni pasta
Instructions
Method:
- Season the diced chicken, then fry on medium-high heat until cooked. Add the buffalo sauce and honey to the chicken and cook until coated and sticky.
- Cook the pasta.
- Blend cheeses, milk, and Buffalo sauce until creamy.
- Drain the cooked pasta and mix in the creamy cheese sauce.
- Portion into four servings!
